You will receive return instructions and the return address in Turkey.
Ship the product back using a trackable courier service.
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days via your original payment method.

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, and import/export duties unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Use a tracked shipping service and keep your receipt until the refund is processed.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

For Turkey orders, exchange is possible if the requested size or color is in stock.
If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued.
